Processing - Charged - Shipped
Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from Online store will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at Online store your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 2-3 business days.
Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 12-24 hours.

- You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.USPS.com.
If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. It usually takes? to? business days to arrive, but highly depends on the courier.
Other Possible Statuses:
Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. We accept cancelling order within receiving your payment 24 hours. Others, the client is responsible for everything.
Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.
